My boy is 12 months and eats everything: Breakfast: 1.5 Weetbix w milk + 200ml formula Snack: 1 piece fruit (banana, mandarin, pear) Lunch: sandwich w vegemite, peanut butter, cheese, ham, toasted sometimes + 200 ml formula Snack: 1 piece fruit as above Dinner: Meat + broccoli + carrot + peas + potato or pasta + veges He mostly eats the same meals as we eat. If we have tacos or something he can't eat, I have little meals of leftovers in the freezer or I give him a Rafferty's meal. Water with every meal.
